KE Software offers annual maintenance contracts for EMu. Annual maintenance provides technical support services with up to 24x7 coverage and includes software upgrade services.

The helpdesk in each KE office is available, at a minimum, between 09:00 and 17:00 local time Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays; or at other times by arrangement with customers in the region. However, as all support staff in each geographical region have access to all support queues, actual support is up to 24 hours per workday.
