Record template examples

Hi,

we're trying to play with the xml templates for importing data but can't seem to copy and paste the examples from the help. Has anyone else come across this?

Yes, it's the same here. The keystrokes won't copy the text, you have to right mouse click the selected text and choose copy to get it onto the clipboard. There are some similar behaviors when copying list views in the client.
