KE Software have proven excellent to deal with.  We have found them reliable and straight forward in their approach to our requirements.  Since going "live" in September 2003, we have been very impressed by the reliability of the software.  We have experienced very few disruptions with EMu itself and it is a favourite with our IT staff.
