KE boasts extensive expertise in the provision of management systems and related services to Vital Statistics Agencies. KE has been involved with vital records since 1988 when we developed a Registry Management System for the Australian state of Victoria. That system has been regularly enhanced and upgraded and is still in operation today.

KE has installed its Registry Management Software, KE Vitalware, in Registries of Births, Deaths and Marriages in seven countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. KE has more vital records installations in operation than any other software vendor.

KE provides a broad range of on-going services to all of its Vital Statistics clients, including:

KE has attained certification to the AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 standard for quality assurance. This standard is a superset of ISO 9002:2000. The team maintains an extensive quality policy, supported by a broad range of quality procedures and on-line and hard copy documentation, covering all aspects of product design and interaction with customers.
