9th Australasian User Group Meeting, Brisbane, 21-22 July 2010

UQ Art Museum

The University of Queensland Art Museum and KE Software are pleased to invite you to the 9th Australasian EMuUser Group Meeting, which will take place at the University ofQueensland Art Museum, St Lucia Campus, from21-22 July 2010.

The St Lucia campus is considered by many tobe Australia's most attractive campus. Situated on a magnificent 114 hectare site in a bend of theBrisbane River (about seven kilometres from the heart of Brisbane), the campus has expansive landscaped grounds and manyplaying fields. Its hub is a semi-circle of cloistered buildingsenclosing the National Trust listed Great Court.

 

This event is supported by the UQ Art Museum and KE Software and there is no registration fee to attend.

The University of Queensland, St Lucia Campus, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.  

 

All main sessions to be held in the Sir Llew Edwards Building (Building 14) and discussion group sessions to be held in other rooms in the same building.

The St Lucia Campus is in a park like setting on the Brisbane river and has a gym, pool and commercial shopping precinct close to the conference venue.

Accomodation

Emmanuel College, which is located on the campus, has accomodation available at the rate of $60 to $65 per night (including breakfast): http://www.emmanuel.uq.edu.au/

Please contact Nick Margiolakis to register your interest. An agenda will become available about one month before the actual meeting.

Reception

The University of Queensland Art Museum have kindly agreed to host a reception at the end of Day 1, the reception will take place at UQ Art Museum (Building 11) which is very close to the building where the main meeting will take place.

Tours

 Tours will be offered on the second day of the meeting, details will follow shortly.
